Since 1990, Just Cruisin' has been specializing in cruise travel and has developed a strong name recognition in the Travel Industry along with a preferred relationship status with our Cruise Line Partners.
In 1997, we extended our product offering, due to customer demand to include land based vacations to destinations such as Hawaii, Tahiti, Aruba, Jamaica and Cancun.
Why become an Associate?
The first reason is the opportunity to make extra money in the exciting world of travel. As a Just Cruisin' and honeymoon Associate you'll have the ability on a part time basis to sell vacation travel from your home.
To whom do I sell?
To anyone who wants to take a vacation!
Friends, family, co-workers, singles, couples and seniors. People just love to travel and these are your prospects. Many will be members of church groups, sports and singles clubs, so why not get paid for helping them with their vacation plans?
Vacation Specialists
With so many exciting worldwide travel options available, we suggest that you select an area of travel that you find interesting, so that you may become an authority on the subject or destination.
We have Associates that specialize only in Carnival cruises and others that have selected the Islands of Hawaii or Honeymoons as their area of expertise.
As our Agency does not sell airline tickets, we are able to concentrate our efforts on the most profitable end of the travel market i.e. Cruises, Tours and Island packages.
Training
The level of training will depend upon the needs of each individual and the specialized area of travel selected. We are currently putting together training manuals, but a telephone call to our office is a good way to start this process.
As an independent Associate you will set your own hours for learning, training and selling, your success is limit only by the time you invest and your desire to succeed.
Travel Benefits
We believe that Associates should experience as many ships and Island resort properties as possible to gain more knowledge of the destination. Familiarization trips are periodically offered to our Agency, however there are very specific Travel Industry requirements to determine who is eligible to attend.
Costs of the program
There is no cost to become an Associate member, but like any new venture there will be expenses incurred in order for your business to grow.
Types of Associates
- Referring Agent This means that you simply refer business to our Agency, if a client books a vacation you will receive a check for 25% of the net commission.
- Associate Agent As you gain experience and become self sufficient in dealing with the Tour and Cruise Lines directly, the commission levels increases to 60%.
